- — Your Character to Camelot's citizens[1]
Your Character in Guinevere is the main protagonist of the Guinevere book.
Although her default name is "Guinevere", the player can choose to name her as they wish.
Appearance
Your appearance is customizable according to the player's preferences.
Personality
While her exact personality is up to the player, multiple characters consider her brave. In one path of a premium Chapter 8 scene, she is also considered bold, wise beyond her years, warm, and kind. In the other path, she can be described as being strong, noble, and selfless. According to Percival, she nurtures the talents of people around her. According to Gareth, she inspires courage in everyone. According to Arthur/Artura, she is devoted to her duty, to Camelot, and to Camelot's people. According to Morgana, she goes after what she wants.
Background
You start as the princess of Carmelide who accepted to be betrothed to Camelot's ruler prior to the start of the story without having met him/her in order to secure the safety of Carmelide by forging an alliance with Camelot. As you and your father, King Leodegrance, discuss in Chapter 1, you both don't see any other way due to bandits and rebel kings testing the rather fragile peace. You have had visions of the future for a while but never spoken about them as you didn't want to risk being branded a witch.

Relationships
Arthur/Artura Pendragon
You are Arthur's/Artura's betrothed. Regardless of what you feel for him/her, Arthur/Artura is always kind to you and wants to make you feel welcomed in Camelot. If you choose to, you may tell Arthur/Artura about your visions as early as Chapter 3; otherwise, you reveal your abilities in Chapter 4 and he/she does not think less of you or ill of you. With his/her experience with Merlin, Arthur/Artura believes you.
Lancelot du Lac
You meet Lancelot for the first time in Chapter 1, while he/she is sparring with another knight. At first he/she tries to flirt with you, but backs off and apologizes once he/she finds out that you are Arthur/Artura's betrothed. After you see the vision of Arthur/Artura and him/her fighting, you decide to get to know him/her to see if there's truth to it. Regardless of your actions towards Lancelot, he/she is attracted to you but does not act on said feelings in front of Arthur/Artura. In Chapters 5 & 9, he/she is newly wounded. In both chapters, you have the opportunity to tend to the respective wounds. Shortly before both times, he/she is hesitant about letting you but accepts the help if the respective scene is taken. If you tend to his/her wounds in Chapter 5, that scene is mentioned before the Chapter 9 scene and alluded to in a premium Chapter 7 scene. If you kiss him/her in Chapter 9 and/or in Chapter 10, you think about that kiss in Chapter 11.
Powers and Abilities
- Precognition: For all your life, you have had short visions of the future, although without being able to prevent said future from becoming reality. This only changes when you are in Camelot and have a vision of Arthur/Artura dying from poison and prevent it from happening.
- Retrocognition: You have the ability to see the past of different characters you meet.

Memorable Quotes
MC to Arthur/Artura (if you think his/her dedication is admirable): If one has no guiding principles save for what they want, they are not a ruler. They are a tyrant. |
MC to Arthur/Artura (if you think that even noble sentiments must bend to the situation): A rigid set of rules can become dogmatic and inflexible. A ruler must be able to use their own discretion. |
