A male version of Valentine is shown on the cover of My Fake Valentine.
If the default first name for the male version is kept, he will share the same first name as:
- Elijah Greene from the Open Heart series
- Elijah Simmons from the Baby Bump series
- Elijah Harris from My Two First Loves
- Eli Byrne from the Laws of Attraction series
- Eli Sipes from Wake the Dead
If the default first name for the female version is kept, she will share the same first name as Eden Labelle from the America's Most Eligible series.

Female Valentine's suit is the same as the "All Business" outfit worn by Your Character from Boardroom Alpha, but with a different-colored shirt.
When the book debuted on February 14, 2025, the model for Male 2 included a bug that showed the back piece of Female 1's hairstyle floating behind his head. This was corrected on February 19, 2025.
