The female Trystan wears a red blouse and a black pencil skirt. Trystan has a mole on his/her left hip. In a CG, it was shown that she wears red heels.
Personality
According to the tabloids, male Trystan is like "half Bruce Wayne, half Loki, with a dash of Christian Grey and female Trystan is like "half Angelina Jolie, half Black Widow, with a dash of Kamilah Sayeed": a wealthy sexy playboy/socialite with a mysterious past. Upon first impression, Luke says Trystan is a spoiled celebrity dilettante whose very existence represents obscene class disparity. Trystan is unapologetic and seemingly unfazed by his/her status, wealth, and presence and is not easily goaded into reaction. Trystan boasts that he/she is incredibly charming, and is an expert in Drakovian courting techniques. Trystan's parties are legendary in the socialite world of New York. In Chapter 12, he/she tells Soo-Jin Cho of having been told that he/she has naturally trustworthy eyes.
Marguerite says when Trystan trusts someone, he/she trusts hard and has never been one to half-ass things. However, Trystan has been burned so badly in the past that he/she thinks it's easier to burn everyone else first nowadays. While Trystan gives the air about himself/herself that he/she doesn't care what others think, Marguerite believes Trystan actually does care. You summarize Trystan's personality as "unbearably flirty with a hint of underlying pain".
Background
According to the tabloids, Trystan is an expatriate from Drakovia. When he/she was younger, Trystan led a busy childhood with duties thrust upon him/her from a young age. At the age of thirteen, as the heir to the throne, Trystan started getting involved in policy decisions. Although it was mostly ceremonial, Trystan took the duty seriously and over the years, he/she has taken his/her share of the credit and/or blame over these policies.
At age eighteen, Trystan began courting a series of nobles from various countries. However, that was for naught as Trystan did not marry an eligible candidate and thus marked the beginning of his/her "wild single years". Trystan's lifestyle caught up with him/her, culminating in the disappearance of a countess aboard the family yacht and his/her exile from Drakovia under a cloud of suspicion.
Currently, Trystan resides in New York City, and is classified by the FBI[2] as a class B-427: Unofficial Foreign Diplomat of Noteworthy Importance. Trystan states that he/she has diplomatic immunity.

Relationships
His/Her Family
According to Marguerite, Trystan is King Maksim's favorite among all the siblings, which is why he refused to believe the media's claims regarding Juliana's death. In contrast, his/her mother, Queen Viktoria, thought he/she was guilty of the action and exiled him/her as a result and for damage control. When asked about the other siblings, Marguerite stated they didn't take sides, but were glad for Trystan's exile due to political reasons.
Marguerite Thorne
Marguerite is Trystan's half-sibling, through their father, and is the only one of Trystan's siblings that keeps in contact. Marguerite mentions that she did not believe the accusation surrounding his/her exile and that she hoped one day to discover the truth. However, the circumstances surrounding her and Trystan's growing distance prevent her from seeking the truth.
She believes that Trystan believes he/she should have been able to save Juliana from whatever happened to her.
Juliana Georgescu
Juliana was a Drakovian Countess who was very popular and beloved by their people. She was Trystan's fiancee, and they were in love and the happiest that Marguerite had ever seen Trystan. In Chapter 4, Marguerite mentions that Juliana and Trystan went out on a yacht but only Trystan returned, leading the media to believe that Trystan had killed Juliana while out on the yacht. By this accusation, Trystan was exiled since the truth remained unknown.
When Trystan decides to tell you the story, he/she tells you that they both had been drinking on the yacht. The waters were choppy, and they had weighed anchor in the path of a squall. They had gone to bed, but when Trystan had awaken, she was gone. Authorities had found her body a few days later, up the coast. While the autopsy was unclear due to the condition of her body, they determined it was a head injury caused by her tripping over a loose topsail rope and that she was dead before she went over the side and hit the water.
Your Character
You first meet Trystan when you follow up on a lead from Sonja's phone. Because you barge into his/her penthouse without permission, he/she first mistakes you for a police officer. When you tell him/her about Sonja, Trystan joins you in your search for his/her friend. Later, after you two discover Sonja's body, Trystan hires the Ginovesi Agency to find her killer with the stipulation that he/she becomes your partner in the case.
In Chapter 3, when Trystan picks you up from your residence, your uncle tells you that Trystan exhibits the classic signs of "first day with a new partner" posturing. However, no amount of baiting or teasing cracks Trystan's facade and he/she is unashamed of his/her choices. Trystan tells you that his/her wealth is a known quantity, and caring about whether or not he/she appears "tacky" to others is both ridiculous and futile.
