Troy, a character in the Wake the Dead book, is your childhood friend and one of your love interests. He is first seen in Chapter 1.
Appearance
Troy has black wavy hair, brown eyes, a small beard, and tanned skin. He wears a red and grey jacket with stripes and badges, a black shirt with a leather holster, and blue jeans.
Personality
Troy is known to be "too charming for his own good", and generally brings a light-hearted or humorous vibe to the group. He speaks using 20th / 21st century pre-Zombie-era colloquialisms due to his previous occupation of cataloguing and storing pre-Zombie-era old world relics.
Background
Troy runs the supply depot in the Tower, cataloguing every weapon and piece of equipment used by scouts and scavenging teams. He contains an encyclopedic amount of knowledge of the pre-outbreak world and wishes to preserve as much of it as he can, despite Marcus Blackstock's orders to destroy any remnants of humanity's past.

Relationships
Your Character
You and Troy are childhood friends. He is also one of your potential love interests. When you, your sister, and her friends decide to escape the Tower in lieu of being sacrificed, he joins the group since he was in the process of escaping on his own.
In Chapter 10, if you decide to romance Troy, you have the opportunity to kiss him. In Chapter 11, before you meet up with Sledge to discuss a possible alliance, you can talk to Troy first. If you had kissed him, he will kiss you again. If you hadn't, he will hug you instead. In Chapter 13, you can choose to become intimate with him.
