Toby has short curly brown hair, brown eyes, and tanned skin. He wears a black beanie, and a red, white and black stripped shirt.
Personality
According to you he's a computer whiz, as he is able to help you a couple of times when it comes to hacking and accessing data from computer servers. You note that he would be total Revenge of the Nerds material if he wasn't so bafflingly cool.

Your Character
You see him for the first time in Chapter 4, although it seems that you knew him before the events of the story. He tells you that he found some stuff about Tyler on school computer servers that you should really see, and you have the chance to follow him and Millie in order to get a critical clue for your investigation. In Chapter 6, you have the chance to ask for his help in order to hack Gabbie's laptop. However, when you ask him to let you access the security footage in Chapter 13, he refuses to help you, not because of what happened with Mr. Lewis, but because he doesn't want to be held responsible for the trouble that appears to be following you. If you matchmake him and Millie, he will notice that you used his account to access the footage yourself but will let it pass (but warns you not to do something like that again). If not, he remains angry at you.
Millie Pereira
Millie has a crush on Toby, and after you tell her about your investigation into Gabbie's murder, she tells it to Toby as well because she trusts him and considers him a friend. Millie constantly tries to flirt with Toby whenever he's around, but for the most part, he's oblivious and doesn't realise that she's trying to flirt with him. In Chapter 6, she says that Toby got his first college acceptance letter which is in Alaska, and she worries that she'll never see him again. Finally, you have the chance to matchmake them in Chapter 13, and Toby admits that he's been trying to work up his nerve to ask her out all year. If the scene is taken, they will be together in Chapter 16. They will talk about how much they will miss each other the next year because he is about to graduate and go to university while Millie will still be at Beachwood High. He promises her they will talk every day and hopes to convince her to apply to the same university the following year.
