Scientist, a character in The One series, is a LoveCorp research scientist, your match in the Soulmate Program, and one of your love interests. He/She is first seen in Chapter 1.
Although his/her default name is "Nico Hasan," the player can choose to name him/her as they wish.

His/Her gender and looks are determined by the player.
Personality
Scientist has a warm, sweet-natured personality, is highly intelligent, and finds joy in knowledge and learning. He/She has a wide variety of interests, such as music and horticulture, is politically active, and has a particular fascination with history and how society changes over time.
Background
Scientist is one of LoveCorp's top researchers and has been working on the Soulmate Program algorithm for years. He/She has a quasi-celebrity status within the company due to a good reputation and the fact that he/she hasn't been paired with anyone yet.

Relationships
Your Character
You and Scientist are somewhat aware of each other as fellow LoveCorp employees, but you only meet officially when you bring the inconsistencies in Chloe Campbell's file to your boss Anna's attention. Although Anna dismisses your concerns, Scientist approves of your diligence and is therefore pleasantly surprised when you're identified as his/her soulmate shortly afterwards. He/She reciprocates your romantic interest if you show any and stays fairly platonic if you don't, though he/she does feel some attraction towards you regardless. Either way, he/she is happy the two of you were matched by the Soulmate Program and thinks you're a good fit for each other.
