Santiago is a character in the Rules of Engagement series. He is one of the cruise guests on the ship. He makes his first appearance in Book 2, Chapter 5.

Santiago has tanned skin, dark brown hair, and brown eyes. Usually, he wears a cream shirt and a chain.
Personality[]
Like Isabella, he is not hesitant to publicly show his passion and affection for Isabella, and occasionally rips off his shirt to demonstrate this.

Santiago and Isabella are dating. They first met at an ice cream parlor and it was love at first sight. They express very public and poetic affection for each other, but often fluctuate between hating each other and being unable to keep their hands off of each other. They participate in the same couples' competition as Brother and Elena and after they lose, they go separate ways. In Book 3, Chapter 8, Main Character gets the task to make him take off his shirt, and no matter if she succeeds or fails, this encounter makes him go after Isabella. He and Isabella will make up in the same chapter. In Chapter 12, Brother witnesses how Santiago proposes to her and she becomes his fiancee.
