Relationships
Steve
Steve was originally thought to be Robert's son. It was later revealed in Chapter 10, that he is Steve's handler. It is possible that he is Steve's handler when the Match is reformatted into "Gary Crawford" as Gary's handler is named Bob Crawford, indicating that the surnames "Tennyson" and "Crawford" could be fictitious.
Hayden
Even though Hayden appears to meet Robert for the first time in Book 1, Chapter 5, when asked, Hayden says there is something familiar or nostalgic about Robert.
