Relationships
Your Character
If you strategize with Aislinn and Gabe about how to expose Sadie and choose to appeal to Reggie's emotion, you manage to convince him to vote against Sadie. He says that if what Sadie did got out, it'd be the scandal of the century. After Martin calls a meeting with the partners claiming that you need supervision on your cases, you can choose to convince him to vote in your favour once again. If you do, he says that they need to uphold their moral standards, especially after what happened with Sadie. When the article about McGraw Byrne is released, Reggie is one of the only two people who sides with you, as he believes that the situation isn't unsalvageable, and that this could be a learning opportunity for you.
In Book 2, Chapter 9, Gabe mentions that he heard from a friend that Reggie isn't happy at McGraw Byrne, and asks you to persuade him to join Ricci & Associates. He says that while Reggie and you never worked cases together, he knows that you are a straight-shooter with values that align with his own. Aislinn on the other hand says that you were his favourite to win the Junior partnership, and that he's always been a fan of yours. If you choose to recruit him, you visit Reggie during his improv class and act a small scene with him. He says that improv was invaluable in teaching him to say on his toes, adjust his arguments under pressure, as well as a way to blow off steam.
