Main Character
After Captain Elara finishes his/her captain exams, Procyon confronts him/her. He criticizes Captain Elara's actions, saying he would never hire him/her for his cargo vessels. Captain Elara retorts that he/she wants to captain a luxury vessel, not one of his cargo ships. Later, when Captain Elara meets up with Eos and Pax, he/she bumps into the Celd who starts a fight. Eos is able to handcuff him and arrest him, but it does not stick for very long as Procyon ends up on Lektra around the same time as the Atlas.
In Chapter 20, his name is revealed as Captain Elara, Pax, Kepler, and Titania attempt to rescue Eos, Zekei, and Deimos. Captain Elara finds out that he has been selling and delivering weapons to The Void. Captain Elara has the premium option to bribe Procyon to look the other way, to rescue Aquari. If Captain Elara chooses not to, Aquari will fall victim to Quandry's torture and brainwashing.
Pax Elara
In Chapter 7, Pax and Holmes run into him on Lektra. He is yelling at Gemma, a cute animal that is distracted by shiny baubles. When she flies up to a fire escape out of his reach, he continues to yell, saying that he will leave her there to fend for herself. If she refuses to race, she is of no use to him. Pax has the premium option to go after her and adopt her.
Because they need more money to buy the part they need for the Atlas, Holmes bets on the Kraken to win the race. Procyon bets on his triloraptor to win and is angry when Pax and Holmes win. He threatens them that they've messed with him for the last time.
