Personality
Dionne tells you in Chapter 14 that he is too ambitious and disapproves even of light gossip. She also calls him boring as he repeatedly talks about the weather.

Peter
Peter is Philip's youngest brother. Before Dionne's birthday, Peter told him to get her something special since the State Dinner would be all about her parents rather than a celebration for her birthday. However, Philip either ignored or brushed off his advice.
Dionne
Dionne is Philip's fiancee through an agreement between Pavadena and Ulmeria. They don't appear to have any romantic feelings towards each other. According to Peter, Philip isn't always the most understanding guy. For Dionne's birthday, he bought her a pair of Severta crystal earrings instead of something more "special". In Chapter 14, she tells you how unhappy she is in the relationship.
