Peter, a character in the Foreign Affairs book, is a student at Vancross Institute and one of your classmates. He is first seen in Chapter 2.
Appearance
Peter has brown eyes, short black hair, and dark skin. He wears a white dress shirt under a gray sweater.
Personality
During the annual Soiree of Nations party, he appears more comfortable reading The Decline and Fall of the Merain Empire than engaging in social activities. He says he is terrible in front of crowds. Blaine says that Peter is garbage at sticking up for himself. He tries to avoid making snap judgements about people and prefers to get to know them before deciding what he thinks about them.
In Chapter 14, you can call him either sweet or nerdy when talking to Dionne who agrees that he is sweet. You go on to say that he is "kind, and funny, and completely charming, in his own way." Dionne adds to say he is thoughtful and smart.

Relationships
Your Character
You have Peter in your World History and Public Speaking classes. Depending on your choices, you can increase your Diplomacy points with him and make him an ally. At Dionne's birthday, you can ask Peter to dance. If you choose him, he will apologize for stumbling and missing his cues.
If you have enough relationship points with him, he will defend you against your classmates who insult you in the midst of your scandal. He says he doesn't care about what others think about him, but he doesn't like others dragging his friends down. If you gained enough support, he tells you at the Peace Summit that you struck him as kind and insightful when you first met.
Blaine
At the Soiree of Nations party, if you choose to play a drinking game with Blaine Hayes, you can choose Peter to be your partner or have him partner with Dionne or Blaine.
Dionne
Dionne introduces Peter to you at the Soiree of Nations party. As evident in Chapter 4, their families know each other as Dionne has been betrothed to Peter's brother, Philip, for most of her life. You can set the two of them up in a premium scene in Chapter 14.
Zaira
Zaira is paired with Peter for their World History group project, much to her chagrin.
Philip
Philip is Peter's older brother. Peter tried to give Philip advice on what to make Dionne's birthday special but his advice was ignored.
