The good, the bad, and the almost irrelevant. They are the miscellaneous characters that are there to answer that one question, explain away that one plot hole, assist in adding development to that actually relevant character, or give that good (or bad) advice. We usually never learn their names. They are there and they are gone as soon as they serve their purpose often never to be seen again. They may not be the most memorable but definitely have a role to play. If the "No Image" picture is used, it means that the particular character has only been mentioned and has never physically appeared.

Officer Murphy
He is the officer who is the "good cop", but you wonder if his act is really genuine. His character model resembles Officer Keith from the Baby Bump series.
Officer Tate
He is the officer who gives you a hard time, the "bad cop" to Murphy's "good cop". His character model resembles Noel Santos from Home for the Holidays.
Puck
Puck is your Samoyed. In a Chapter 7 premium scene it's confirmed that, like you and Perdita, he was named after a Shakespeare character - in his case, Puck the trickster from A Midsummer Night's Dream. His character model resembles Dog (High School Story: Class Act).
Dylan Jones
Dylan is Claudia's date to the Homecoming dance. His surname is revealed in Chapter 6. If you decide to play Truth or Dare at his eighteenth birthday party, you find out that he is dating Alicia Mosby. His character model resembles Carter Jackson from the Queen B series.

Chloe
She passes by Mr. Lewis in the hall and tells him he looks good. In Chapter 7, her name is revealed. Her character model resembles Amber Hutchinson from the High School Story: Class Act series. The same character model was also used as the base for April Morris, who first appears in Chapter 7.
Alicia Mosby
She is the Junior class treasurer, infamous curve ruiner, and clinically-diagnosed caffeine addict. She helps you count the ballots and later directs you to the south wing to search for Gabbie. Her character model resembles Natalie from the High School Story: Class Act series.
Kevin
Kevin is one of Tyler's teammates who tried to rig the election. He and several of Tyler’s teammates hate him for being the star of the track team. His name is revealed in Chapter 2. If you investigate the locker room, you discover Kevin and Drew attempting to frame Tyler for drug possession. Kevin also mentions his father is the D.A. and claims that Tyler lives in an apartment complex with drug dealers and junkies. His character model resembles Garrett from the It Lives series.
Drew
Drew is one of Tyler's teammates who tried to rig the election. His name is revealed in Chapter 2. His character model resembles Lorenzo Toro from the High School Story: Class Act series.
Principal Elizabeth Evans
She tells the students that the chaperones and student council will look for Gabbie. She is mentioned in Chapter 8 if you pretend to use the facilities. Her name is revealed in Chapter 11. Her character model resembles Principal Rivera from the High School Story series.

Guard (male)
He guards the door to the pool. If you choose to get him to leave by claiming someone's keying cars in the staff parking lot, he reveals he drives a Dodge named Chelsea. His character model resembles one of the prison guards from The Heist: Monaco.

She is your mother. Her character models resemble Mom from Rising Tides.
He is Gabbie and Donovan's father. His character model resembles Tino Thompson from Veil of Secrets.
She is Gabbie and Donovan's mother. Her name is revealed in Chapter 3. Her character model resembles Tallulah Copeland from Mother of the Year.

Mrs. Ruby Jones
She taught Gabbie's AP Bio class. In Chapter 8's non-premium path to Mr. Lewis's classroom, she is the one that catches you sneaking away. Her full name is revealed in Chapter 14, where it is also revealed that she's having an affair with Joanna's dad. Although she is still married, she and her spouse have separated and she is surprised to learn that Joanna's parents haven't as he had told her otherwise. Her character model resembles Katrina Harrington from The Elementalists series.
Sylvia
She is a waitress and owner of The Silver Dollar diner. Her character model resembles Barb Powell from The Senior.
Lizzie Woods
She is Tyler's mom and taught Sylvia about waitressing.
Chapter 4
Rob
He's a kid that Stevie was tattooing. When you and Tyler show up, Stevie says that she'll have to finish it another day. If you decide to go with Donovan to watch him and his bandmates play at a club in Chapter 5, you find out Rob is the band's keyboarder. For this reason, he is occasionally mentioned in Donovan's path. His character model resembles Anton Edison from The Heist: Monaco.
Mr. Sun
He is Stevie's father. He and his wife were young parents with Stevie, with Sophia being their "do-over baby" as mentioned by Stevie. His character model resembles Professor Masako from Foreign Affairs.
Mrs. Sun
She is Stevie's mother who is a huge ice hockey fan. Her character model resembles June Hirata from Open Heart: Second Year.
Sophia
She is Stevie's younger sister who is a two year old toddler. Stevie was 14 when Sophia was born. Her character model resembles a version of The Heir from The Royal Heir.

She is the proprietor of Beachwood Jewelers, who appears to embody the description "bougie eccentric". Her character model resembles young Sigrid Runarsdottir from The Royal Finale.

Some of the dogs come to watch curiously as you and Donovan try to teach Puck how to skateboard. This dog resembles Burpy.
Pug

Jake Nelson
You consider him to be one of the less gullible Beachwood jocks, but convince him to let you and your friends enter the party. His character model resembles Kyle Garza from It Lives Beneath.
Alex
Alex is one of the students that Stevie is playing poker with at the party. His character model resembles Sothy Yoeun.
Hayley
Hayley is one of the girls from the drama club. If you take Chapter 8's premium flashback, you will find her phone number among the things in Mr. Lewis's trashcan. In Chapter 10, when you learn that Mr. Lewis has a boyfriend, you comment that she will be disappointed when she finds out. Her character model resembles Alexis Davenport.
Jenny
Jenny is one of the girls that Brett attempts to hit on. She tells him that other guys respect women and that Claudia is in a "bad place" and she won't break girl code. Her character model resembles Ingrid Delaney from Ride or Die: A Bad Boy Romance.
Chapter 8
Karen Kealy
She's the secretary that you have to distract while Perdita investigates the office of a married parent who is having an affair with one of the teachers at her child's school. Her character model resembles Whisper from The Heist: Monaco.
Rowan
As revealed in a flashback scene, you had a crush on this character when you were around 12 years old. Their gender was not specified, but it was stated they had chestnut hair and almond eyes.
Judy
She was Brett Morris's girlfriend when Stevie was a freshman. She interrupted Brett's attempted assault on Stevie, which he insisted was nothing of the sort, claiming instead that Stevie had tricked him into being alone with her and then aggressively come onto him. Judy found it easier to believe Brett's version of events and spread rumors that Stevie had been making out with her boyfriend, which destroyed Stevie's reputation.

Miss Kravetz
If you and Stevie sneak into Mr. Lewis's room, she's mentioned as a teacher who doesn't enjoy pep rallies.
Teacher
She's a teacher who catches you and your chosen partner sneaking away from the pep rally. In the non-premium path to Mr. Lewis's classroom, she is seen grading papers while listening to a podcast. Her character model resembles Ruth Gunderson from The Senior.
Ms. Wayne
Stevie mentions her while in Mr. Lewis's classroom. She was Stevie's chemistry teacher.

Spirit Wear Seller
She asks if you are the detective. She also says that you are a hero on campus, and she gives you free tickets and an outfit. Her character model resembles Bethany Fox from High School Story.
Nicholas Snow
You bump into him at the stadium, and you become anxious when you realize he's following you. He approaches you after the game and reveals that he's Mr. Lewis's defense attorney. His character model resembles Michael Kim from Veil of Secrets.

Brandon
He is Joshua Lewis's boyfriend. He is a psychologist that works in another town.
Chapter 11
Judge
He is the judge presiding over the trial of Mr. Lewis. His character model resembles Demetrius from Bloodbound.
Prosecutor
She's the prosecutor against Mr. Lewis. Her character model resembles Vanessa Blackwood from Mother of the Year.
Elegant Lady
She says it's awful what happened to Gabbie. Her character model resembles Ivy Fisher from America's Most Eligible.
Man with Glasses
He agrees with the elegant lady, and thinks of his own nieces. His character model resembles Khaan Mousavi from Perfect Match, Book 2.
Teenage Girl
She thinks that it's sick what some people are capable of. Her character model resembles Alexis from Sunkissed.
Punk
She agrees with the teenage girl, and says that people used to say that Beachwood was boring. Her character model resembles Morgan Jennings from the High School Story series.
Brielle
She is angry at you and your group because of what happened with Mr. Lewis, and accuses you and your sister for messing with other people's lives. Her character model resembles Sybil from The Heist: Monaco.
Instructor
He is a self-defense instructor. His character model resembles Han from the America's Most Eligible series.

Pumpkin King
He says that he's the pumpkin king, and that all lesser souls will do his bidding. His character model resembles Hamza Mousavi from Perfect Match, Book 2.
Pumpkin Rebel
She wants to bring down the Pumpkin King because this is a democracy. Her character model resembles May from Wake the Dead.
Mrs. Morgan
She is Joanna's mother. You see her at the Harvest Festival arguing with her husband. Her character model resembles a version of Anna from The Princess Swap.
Blair Byron
He is a psychic working at the festival who calls himself Blair the Magnificent. He claims to see great things in your future. His character model resembles Stoli Magnusson from Bachelorette Party.
Woman
If you pretend to be psychics with Stevie, she believes you and pays you to give her a reading. Her character model resembles Madeleine Amaranth.
Autumn Princess
If you explore the festival with Donovan, she's a little girl who would like Donovan to play another song. Her character model resembles young Grace Hall from Rules of Engagement, Book 2.
Kyle Waters
He is Stevie's contact. He says he was friends with Perdita when they were in high school, and that you two met a few times before back when he had blue hair. He was an upstart would-be anarchist in journalism club with Perdita, and the investigative reporter to her private eye. They worked together on a piece about the park. You have the chance to talk to him more, and if you do, you learn more about Perdita. In the same premium scene, it's revealed that he was in love with her, but Perdita only saw him as a friend. Without knowing the details about the story Perdita was working on, he noticed she became secretive. He repeatedly asked for information and offered his help but she said she would need time to uncover all the details and that telling him everything early would make her lose time. Kyle also talked to her about her relationship with her boyfriend, either stating that she deserved better than Jeremy or that she shouldn't change for him. Perdita defended Jeremy in front of him and asked him to leave her and her relationship alone. She became more distant until she appeared at his home, asking for he blueprints of the hospital and promising to tell him everything later - but she never did as she disappeared a few months later. He says he only started working at the hospital hoping it would help him find out what she was investigating. His character model resembles Danny Cardinal from Open Heart.
Waiter
If you choose to listen to Kyle's story, he's the waiter at the restaurant where the journalism club went to celebrate their victory over the park. His character model resembles Tony Flores from Wishful Thinking.

If you try to sneak away with Stevie, he wonders what you're doing but when seeing through your poor attempt at an explanation, he tells you that he is too tired and deliberately looks the other way. His character model resembles Zaid Mirani from Open Heart.

Angela
She is a student attending the Winter Formal who was flirting with Joanna, although Joanna wasn't aware of it until you point it out to her. If asked about her, Joanna says she isn't quite ready yet to move on. Her character model resembles Jade Ali from the High School Story series.
DJ
He is the DJ of the Winter Formal. His character model resembles Tad Princeton from Red Carpet Diaries, Book 2.
