The good, the bad, and the almost irrelevant. They are the miscellaneous characters that are there to answer that one question, explain away that one plot hole, assist in adding development to that actually relevant character, or give that good (or bad) advice. We usually never learn their names. They are there and they are gone as soon as they serve their purpose often never to be seen again. They may not be the most memorable but definitely have a role to play. If the "No Image" picture is used, it means that the particular character has only been mentioned and has never physically appeared.

At the end of Chapter 1, she's accused of sabotage and removed from the pageant, although she protests her innocence and several other contestants don't believe she would have done it. She's Miss Nevada. Her platform is universal health care. Her character model resembles Tara from Boardroom Alpha.
Harmony Rae James
She's Miss Tennessee. Her platform is children's literacy in rural America. Her character model resembles a version of Alexandra Morrison from The Ghost of Us.
Noelle Zhang
She's Miss Oregon. Her platform is online privacy rights. Her character model resembles Evelyn from Boardroom Alpha.
Charlie Jean Smith
She's Miss Texas. Her platform is gun safety reform. Her character model resembles a version of Winter from Better Off Wed.
Ivy Fisher

He's Juliette's pageant coach. His character model resembles Vasili Thorne from Crimes of Passion.

Miss Manners
She's a highly influential pageant blogger whose true identity is unknown. If you choose to sabotage Juliette by exposing her mistreatment of Tyler to the judges, you have the additional option to send the recording to Miss Manners, who promptly uploads it to her site.

Chelsea Dawson
She's a reporter for Entertainment Tonight. Although all characters repeatedly call her Chelsea Dawson, she is incorrectly labeled as "Chelsea Dawn." Her character model resembles Ellen Thompson from Wishful Thinking.
Dominic Weaver
His character model resembles Karl Goodall from Laws of Attraction.
Ellis Kim
His character model resembles a version of Dave Price from My Two First Loves.

He's your mother's old ventriloquist dummy. After you get stuck using him for the talent portion of the pageant, Sally offers premium options to upgrade his appearance. You also have the opportunity to change his name.
