  • It's ready! I think I got everything apart from the skinny-dipping scene. I haven't done that one yet, because I think it pretty weird to do that with a whole bachelor party present. But I think you can also read that in Szmatan777 her blog about this. I redirected to her blog too.

I hope it is useful. And people get less confused now :)

    Have a nice day!

  • Another table that needs updating is the Sunkissed collectibles one. There are 6 letters from Dad, not 3. I know everyone thinks this book is boring, including me, but... *sigh* you know what I mean.

Btw, what's in store for us if we collect all the letters?

  • Fyi, you can also get "Awesome Vegas food" from Ch. 10 Choice 8, so the table needs an update.

    • I'll take your word for it. I'm in chapter 6 . . . yes, I am still on my first read through. I'll pass the message on to someone who has finished the book. If you don't want to update it yourself, you can give me a description of what to add to the description. Based off the choice you mentioned, the cost is 15 and the location is a theater, but I do need some sort of description since I can't check that our myself anytime soon. Also since it's not mentioned in the walkthrough, I assume that means the walkthrough also needs to be updated? Do you recall what needs to be added there?

    • So, the scene is about watching a movie with Diana in a private theater in the Magnusson residence, and as far as I remember, Lukas offers you some popcorn covered in gold, and you consider that "Awesome Vegas food", even though you're not really in Vegas. It's hard to explain exactly what happened, because everyone on Youtube does all diamond choices.

Btw, the reason I'm telling you this is because I don't really know how to update the table.

    • No problem. I update everything in source, because updating a lot of things otherwise (such as tables) seems way too complicated. I'll get it in there. And yeah, that does seem like something everyone does on You Tube. It's either all or nothing. No one does some. It sounds kind of nice, so I might try it when I get there and I don't think I'll be doing the other, so if I do that, I'll know exactly what it is, but for now, I'll get what you told me in there at some point today. Thanks for the info.

  • I don't know where I can post my idea, but I want to consult someone first. My idea is to create categories that show that the universe of Choices is shared. An example: "Hartfeld University students" which listed all the characters studying or studied there, the other example is "Citizens of Cordonia", which will bring together characters who were born or naturalized citizens of that country.

  • Since their mother Vanessa has been given surname, should we rename her sons too?

  • Hi StoryGirl83! Remember when I said that I would let you know whether the progress from Book 1 is transfered to Book 2? Well, I just completed Book 1 and moved to Book 2, but unfortunately no progress was saved. I purchased most allies and weapons back in Book 1, but in Book 2 I had nothing (Only the default short sword was there). So it looks like the problem still exists, which is really disappointing. PB knows about it right? 🤨

    • All right. If you decide to replay and it still doesn't transfer, let me know and I'll get you the contact info.

  • Hi. I know that this topic is a bit old, but I still haven't found an answer.

I've been reading posts concerning TC&TF, and I've noticed your post about glitch in Book 2, deleting every diamond choice done in Book 1 (saving Tevan and Severin, acquiring Kor-Kitar and other great weapons).

Due to stupid Pixelberry's idea of cutting diamond reward (one instead of two after chapter), I've removed the game from my new phone forever, and I'm using only my second, older phone with old version (from 2018, already with added daily bonus for commercials, but still with 2 diamonds for chapter).

I'd like to ask: how you avoided this glitch? Was it caused by the fact that you had newer version? And since which version this bug was fixed - after or before cutting diamond reward by Pixelberry?
Or is it determined by totally different factor, like phone model and its system (Apple or Android)?

Sorry for (probably) stupid question, but I just want to know how to avoid the glitch. Can you show me the ropes? Or if there already exists a thread where there is a solution for this problem, may I ask you for giving me link to this thread?

I'll be very indebted if you help me, because I like this series, and the bug spoils the whole pleasure.

  • I thought of something I don't believe is part of the current walkthrough formatting discussion and figured I'd just send you a message since that blog post seems fairly inactive now. For choices where one is technically the "right" option but without any specific outcome (like and achievement or a +SituationalScore), do we want

    • Choice! (No effect)

    or

    • Choice <--Correct

    or

    • Choice (No effect) <--Correct

I think I've seen the third one most often. It's the most descriptive, but could also be confusing.

    • There actually is a different between choice 2 and choice 3. Choice 2 is a situation where you get a silent effect, usually in a competition or mini game that it's the correct answer and if you don't get enough correct answers you don't win whatever it is, but for whatever reason they don't have a visible effect system. Choice 3 is for cases where it's factually correct, but it's not really relevant that it's correct other than a general trivia, such as guessing someone's identity when they are totally cool with it if you guess wrong. Also as for the being confusing, that's why a lot of those have a note underneath them explaining in further detail what they mean. Ideally all of them would, but that's probably a question to ask people.

As for not posting there, it may be inactive, but it's still where I will be looking for information when I get to the next stage of it. It's a very big project and there are too many variables to take on for what I initially posted, so at some point I will be making a second blog post with additional variables based off comments in there.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Does my explanation make sense?

  • Hey, I didn't want to bother you, but I think it's time to do something to organize the discussion threads. There is a "filter" button where we can add categories like "Off-topic" or "Announcements" (where admins/mods can add threads like the new scenes one), we can add more specific categories like "Fanarts" or "Polls", but I think making an Off-topic category is a priority since everything is disorganized. To add a category you just have to hover over "filter" and an "edit" button will appear, there you can add "Off-topic" or whatever you see fit. I'm asking you because only admins can add new categories there. I think doing this will help us keep things tidy. What do you think about it? Thanks for your time!

    • I think maybe those can stay in general. General does have to be something after all.
