- On July 10, 2020, Choices Insider mentioned that merchandise would begin to be released on Monday, July 13, 2020.
- On July 13, 2020, Pixelberry opened their official store and also blogged about it.[2]
- Michael Harrison is accidentally named "Jacob" on the website. This has been fixed on July 17, 2020.
- The Familiars are named "wolf", "dragon", and "frog" rather than their The Elementalists names.
- Tyril Starfury's placement on the Blades of Light and Shadow phone case differs from the original poster.
- On or before July 20, 2020, the Hippo decal was taken off the website. Choices replied on Facebook stating they are updating the image and once finished, it will be back in store.
- On December 3, 2020, Choices asked readers to vote on possible designs for shirts.
- On December 7, 2020, they posted that they will be revealing limited edition merchandise for seven days, which will be available for purchase on December 14, 2020.[3]
- On December 14, 2020, limited edition merchandise were released, including necklaces that had not been previewed. In the "Open Heart Series", the website listed Kyra as an option. However, on December 15, 2020, this option was removed.
- On April 6, 2021, the website listed a countdown for the Foreign Affairs finale, but the wording states "Wolf Bride" (which occurred the previous week).
- On May 28, 2021, the website listed a countdown for the Open Heart series finale. On June 4, 2021, Open Heart merchandise was released at 6:30pm GMT. The limited edition Open Heart pin sold out before 8:00pm GMT.
- From March 23, 2021 to approximately October 21, 2021, the website "retired" old merchandise to make way for new limited edition items. As of October 21, 2021, old and limited release merchandise has become available again. However, any limited edition items that were sold out remain sold out.
