Mayor Dixon, a character in the Baby Bump series, is the mayor of Gracetown and your boss. He/she is also one of your love interests. His/Her suggested name is "Myles/Myra" but the player can choose a name for him/her. He/She is first seen in Book 1, Chapter 2.
Appearance
Mayor Dixon's gender is determined by the player. Male Dixon has blue eyes, short brown hair, and slightly tan skin. He wears a gray plaid shirt, ash blue jeans, and a brown belt. He also wears a gold metal link watch and brown leather corded bracelet on his left wrist. Female Dixon has blue eyes, long blonde hair, and fair skin. She wears a gray plaid shirt, blue jeans, and a brown belt. She wears a silver necklace with hoop pendant. The mayor has a tattoo saying "I promise" in cursive on his/her foot, as a reminder of "something". He/she reveals this if you ask about his/her tattoo while playing Never Have I Ever on the road trip to Selma's in Book 1 Chapter 7.
Personality
According to your sister, Mayor Dixon is smart and shrewd with a budget, but is not a "people person". He/she is a private person who rarely lets someone in. He/she feels the person that he/she lets in can hurt him/her worse than outsiders.

Your Character
Mayor Dixon is initially hard on you during your interview at his/her office because he/she wants to see if you can handle the job. Dixon tells you that his/her office is running a special state-run program that uses taxpayer money to improve local businesses. At the end of Chapter 2, you two decide to start fresh and Mayor Dixon hires you. You keep your pregnancy a secret from him/her for several chapters.
In Book 1, Chapter 9, he/she will admit that he/she has feelings for you. You can decide to date him/her in Book 1, Chapter 16. If you continue your relationship, he/she will propose to you in Book 2, Chapter 13. However, you go into labor before you can give him/her an answer. You end up accepting his/her proposal in Chapter 15.
Craig Finch
Craig Finch was Mayor Dixon's secretary. For one of the mayor's birthdays, Craig gifted him/her disgusting jelly beans. In Book 2, Chapter 9, he succeeds in kicking him/her out of office. However, it is revealed in Chapter 19 that Craig stole the election.

- According to your sister, Mayor Dixon is the first mayor to bring in funding for countrywide school supplies.
- Dr. Castillo mentions Mayor Dixon has also made his/her share of enemies over the years.
- She/He grew up on a farm and had a bunny as a kid. During a summer in high school, he/she took a job and wore a hot dog costume for the entire duration. The job helped him/her when he/she ran for mayor. People knew that he/she was like them, just trying to get by in any way that he/she could.
- Before he/she ran for mayor, he/she was an English teacher (revealed in a premium scene in Book 1, Chapter 2, reinforced in a premium scene in Book 1, Chapter 14).
