Relationships

Your Character

You are one of the lawyers representing him. You can help coach him for a press conference and can gain a relationship point with him if you ask if how he's feeling. He states that no one had bothered to ask him yet.

Aliana Velazquez

Aliana was supposedly Marcus's girlfriend, but further investigation into her murder case implies that the two of them hadn't been intimate for a long time, such as Marcus sleeping in her home's pool house. He admits that they had not been a couple for almost a year, but had kept the facade of a fake relationship to help their careers.

Although they were no longer dating, Marcus considered Aliana his best friend and his family loved her. Aliana's former personal assistant, Madison, also believed that he totally loved Aliana. If you follow him out to console him and learn more about him, he tells you that they wanted to make the breakup public but their agents convinced them to maintain the facade. It had gotten to the point that their romance became like any other role and they would play the perfect celebrity couple in public. Her agent even wanted him to stage a proposal to keep them in the spotlight.

Bella Pratchett

Bella, an actress who starred in the movie Dominion and who is known as a sex symbol by the public, is a friend of Marcus. Although she was with Marcus on the night that Aliana was murdered, Sadie believes that using her as Marcus's alibi will convince everyone that he was cheating on Aliana with Bella.

When you call her for information, she tells you that Marcus is her best friend. During the night Aliana was murdered, Bella had come over to Marcus's to have their weekly nerd-fest consisting of video games, binging on foods that their trainers hate, and relaxing. She was exhausted though, and dozing on and off all night, falling asleep before midnight. Both of them were waiting for takeout food to be delivered around 11pm. She saw Marcus buzz the delivery driver in, but could only see the car as the car windows were heavily tinted and the driver did not roll the windows down.

Jacob Hanson

Jacob is Aliana's head of security at her estate. When Aislinn with or without your help asks him about the deleted footage of the night in question, he is able to find footage from the cameras near the poolhouse. She tells you that Marcus was in the poolhouse and no one had entered or exited the poolhouse after 10:45pm that night.
