Poppy spilled her signature drink "Bellow Velvet" when she was flirting with a repair worker because Poppy thought it was unpalatable. This led to the repair worker asking Poppy out instead of her, as well as her being captured and uploaded to social media. Then she decided to get revenge on Poppy by spreading her rumors using the BellowVelvetBabe21 account.

She is one of X's minions. Her job seems to be to spread rumors about you and others for X's benefit.

In her memory, after she is spilled with drink, Natalia posts a photo of her on social media, leading to her being laughed and mocked throughout the campus. She spread a rumor about her alleged flatulence problem to get revenge under the name BellowYellow19.
As for Petra, she confessed that even though she liked and shared several of Petra's posts, Petra wouldn't like hers. She spreads a rumor that she got butt implants and goes by the name BabyBellow.
As for Akio, she didn't seem to recall what he did to her, but it seemed he was cutting her line when she queried. Under the name VelvetDelight, she spreads a rumor that he married a Harry Style cutout.
Furthermore, she spread rumors regarding a Zeta freshman by saying she picked her nose and wiped it with a designer cloth. Additionally, she spreads the word that Selene is a tantric sex therapist.
