Relationships
Your Character
In Chapter 2, you meet her at her bar when you try to impress Mayor Dixon and re-interview for a job with his/her office. In Chapter 3, you and the mayor meet with her again to talk about renovations for her bar, and go to the neighboring businesses to drum up business for the reopening. In Chapter 4, after the reopening, you can stay and play Truth or Dare in a premium scene with her, Mayor Dixon, and Mr. Covington. If you do, she asks for "truth" and you can ask her about her greatest fear or her more embarrassing moment in high school. For the first, she says she is super afraid of bees. For the second, she tells you that after telling her crush she liked him, her dress got caught in a locker door and ripped, so she ended up flashing him.
Mayor Dixon
Luisa finds Mayor Dixon to be tactless and does not appreciate the help he/she wants to provide. It takes you to get them to see eye to eye. In Chapter 4, you can choose to play Truth or Dare with both of them and Mr. Covington, where she has Mayor Dixon eat a ghost pepper on a dare.
Elijah Simmons
In Chapter 3, you notice that Luisa stammers when she talks to Elijah, noting at least some attraction on her part. In Chapter 5, when you and your sister go to Elijah's shop to look for a dress for the date auction, she comes to deliver his lunch and accidentally says she wants to burrito him. You take the opportunity to tell her that he is going to auction a date with himself, and she hurries off saying that she will tell her customers. At the auction, she bids $500 for a date with him and they both go to Cassandra Taylor's mansion for the dance-a-thon. Later, she tells him that she looks for charm, looks, and then wine knowledge in a person, but he has the first two in spades.
