Kit Jackson

Kit, a character in the Untameable series, is a farmhand in your family's farm and your love interest. He/She is first seen in Book 1, Chapter 1.

Appearance

Kit's gender and looks are determined by the player.

If Untameable has not been completed, the default character model used in Unbridled is Male Face 1.

Personality

Kit appears to be an incorrigible flirt, and has the reputation of being a heartbreaker. According to Austin, Kit has always been a bounder (a cad, a person of objectionable social behavior).

While Kit enjoys competing in the rodeo circuit, his/her heart belongs to cooking. He/she entertained the idea of opening a restaurant before joining the circuit, and thought of it as a profession that he/she would love.

Relationships

Your Character

Kit is attracted to you from the moment you arrive back home. However, when Kit realizes that you are Austin's kid sibling, he/she fights the attraction and tries to maintain distance between the two of you. When you question Kit about it, he/she states that Austin is his/her best friend and all that Kit has; so no matter what attraction is felt, Kit says that nothing can happen between the two of you.

When you were younger, you and Kit used to fight like cats and dogs.

In Chapter 16, you and Kit go without Austin to sell the bronco that Kit had been training and buy a new stud for your ranch. You have the opportunity to pretend to be a couple with Kit to convince an older couple to sell you their stud. If you do, they're warmed by your act and would rather sell to you than to Colt. If you don't, Colt dazzles the couple with a wad of cash and you feel disheartened. Kit later tells you that he/she bought the stud, outbidding Colt by using money he/she had earned during his/her Rodeo days. Kit forbids you from telling Austin how he/she helped.

Austin

Austin is Kit's best friend. When Austin finds out about your relationship with Kit, he kicks Kit out of the house. He says Kit will stay in one of the outbuildings on his/her dad's property.

Your Parents

Your father taught Kit how to cook the old-fashioned way, telling him/her that if he/she chose a job that he/she loved, it would never feel like work.

Tate Fontayne

Tate is Kit's frenemy on the rodeo circuit. Although they play up the rivalry in front of fans and the public, they appear to be friends behind the scenes.

Mandy Martinez

In Untameable Chapter 7, Mandy meets Kit for the first time. If Kit is female, Mandy is flattered that Kit questions your relationship with her. Mandy tells Kit that you're not the former's type.
