Relationships
Mandy Martinez
Mandy and Julio seem to have a good relationship. However, Mandy mentions that they do not approve of her buying goats for the ranch and using them to make cheese. When Mandy brings samples to the Martinez' fundraiser in Chapter 6, Patrick and Julio are angry because they didn't give her permission to do so, and because she didn't consult with them first. At the end of the night, Julio announces that he and Patrick will be retiring from the world of ranching to focus on their charity work, and that Mandy will be the new owner of the ranch.
