Jordan is Main Character's first love. They first met on The Yard at Bayard Rustin University. However, Jordan broke Main Character's heart when he/she left the night of graduation. They had not seen each other in five years, when they bump into each other in the Bahamas. Jordan tells her that he/she has spent every waking moment kicking himself/herself for letting her get away, but at the time, Jordan had to leave to find himself/herself.
