Isabella, a character in The Elementalists series, was the childhood friend of Kavya Mistry, Shreya Mistry's mother. She is first seen in The Elementalists: Winters Past, Chapter 1.
Appearance
Isabella had brown eyes, shoulder-length brown hair, and tan skin. She wore a pink ruffled dress with polka dots, and a pink headband.
Personality
In the beginning, she is shown as an angry Ghost of Solstice Past haunting the old Chateau DeLune. Later, you discover that she is just lonely and afraid of being abandoned again.

Relationships
Kavya Mistry
When they were children, Kavya would show Isabella magick, including her mother's prototype for an Air marble. During a snowstorm, Isabella was sick but refused to stay in bed. She wanted to go to the Mistry mansion to give Kavya her Solstice present, a locket. When she ventured outside, she used the Air marble to help her against the snow but it proved futile as the storm raged on.
Shreya Mistry
Shreya immediately recognizes the picture of her mother as a kid in the chateau with one of the DeLune family members. She sends for her mother to reunite with Isabella.
Your Character and the Pend Pals
When you and your friends go to check out the abandoned chateau, Isabella leaves you a note which states you have three tasks to fulfill before she will let you go. "Task One: Hellfire burns whatever is raw. Do what you must to feed this maw." is to bake cookies. "Task Two: Search the shadows for forgotten treasure, then bury it again with tape and measure." is to catch her toys and wrap them so she may give them to you as presents for Solstice. If you decide not to learn the Immobilizing spell, you will be unable to catch all the toys and therefore, only a couple of your friends will get gifts. "Task Three: Will you please get me a Solstice tree?" is to obtain a tree from the outdoors. Aster speaks to a tree and Griffin chops it down.
