Gameplay Features
Similar to Mother of the Year, and other more recent releases, romance/flirty options are noted with a heart (❤).
New clothing layer options. For example, Chapter 1's premium base dress is 💎10, jacket is 💎10, and necklace is 💎5; total cost of ensemble is 💎25 (as is the cost of most premium outfits across different series) but the player may choose what combination to purchase.
Throughout Hot Couture, you will have the opportunity to sketch Inspirations. Each one you gain will unlock a special part of the outfit. Complete the Mood Board to gain an exclusive haute couture outfit and unlock an exclusive finale scene.

On December 19, 2019, users on several social media began to report that a then-new feature VIP was advertising two new books, this one and With Every Heartbeat.[1]
The end of Chapter 15 says that the next chapter will be the finale, hinting that this will be a standalone book.
On December 16, 2020, PB released the book for everyone.[2]
This also makes it the first VIP book to be released to the general public.
Trivia
This book was released simultaneously on early-access with With Every Heartbeat, with 3 chapters at launch.
The book's title is a play on words alluding to the French term haute couture which translates as high fashion.
This is the second book that allows players to know in advance which chapters collectibles will become available.
