Grant, a character in The Sophomore series, is the inspector of the house. He is first seen in Book 2, Chapter 2.


Grant has short black hair, brown eyes, dark skin, and a stubble. He wears a blue and white plaid button-up shirt over a white T-shirt.


Grant's interest in carpentry started when his father taught him and his sister how to do basic home repairs in an attempt to save the family money.


Grant is easy-going and helpful.

Grant helps Zack Zilberg and his friends repair the damages of Vasquez's house. They begin dating at the end of The Sophomore, Book 2 and celebrate their anniversary in The Senior, Chapter 10. It is later revealed that Zack and Grant want to move in together.


Burpy is Grant's dog.
