Gavin Covington, a character in the Baby Bump series, is the middle son of the Covington family. He is first seen in Book 2, Chapter 2.
Appearance
Gavin's appearance is determined by which character model is chosen for Mr. Covington. He wears a dark blue suit with vest, white dress shirt, dark purple diamond-patterned tie, and dark purple handkerchief.
Personality
According to Mr. Covington, Gavin likes going to festivals and hiking outdoors with his dog Zeus. Compared to the rest of the men in his family, Gavin is more relaxed and spiritual; he also admits that he doesn't have his life figured out yet. He doesn't enjoy politics, and only attends city meetings at the request of his father.

Relationships
Mr. Covington
Mr. Covington is Gavin's older brother. During the birthing class, when Gavin fights with Joel and Mr. Covington tries to intervene, Gavin tells the latter to stay out of it because that's what he is good at.
Joel Covington
Joel is Gavin's younger brother. Joel thinks that Gavin treats everything like a game and doesn't take running the family business seriously. Joel believes he is sacrificing his time with his family to cover for Gavin's mistakes. If you have both of them experience the pain of labor through a tens unit at your birthing class, you can have them say something nice about the other. Joel says that Gavin is the creative one in their family, and Gavin is appreciative of Joel coming to his aid to make sure he doesn't mess up too badly. Gavin says he babysits Joel's children from time to time.
Your Character
When he first meets you, he teases you that you are his brother's spiritual partner and/or baby mama. In Chapter 7, he is thrilled when Mayor Dixon and you talk about the dog park you two are working on.
Cassandra Taylor
Cassandra Taylor's family and the Covingtons are old friends. Gavin remembers when the families first met on May 28, Memorial Day weekend. She had her hair braided with a white ribbon and was wearing a red dress with purple flowers. When asked how he can remember such details, he appears to be embarrassed and explains that he has a good memory.
In Chapter 7, when Gavin sees Cassandra outside of the Town Hall, he compliments her hair and she blushes. In Chapter 12, you have the opportunity to push Cassandra to talk to Gavin and ask him on a date. If you do, they realize that they've been attracted to each other but thought the other could do better than them or would want someone else. Gavin thinks their auras mesh together for a reason and suggests to try a vegan sushi place for dinner.
If they develop a romantic relationship, in Chapter 23, Gavin mentions they finished decorating the meditation room in their new place.
