Francesco has black hair gelled to the back, brown eyes, light skin and a stubble. He wears a black suit, white button-up shirt and navy blue tie.
Personality
Francesco seems to be humbler than his title suggests, insisting to be simply called Francesco rather than Signore.

- He is a board member of the International Art Association, a program which facilitates the sharing of culture and ideas across borders. Cordonia has never been in it, but this is the first year (2018) that Cordonia is eligible and Duke Hakim is applying on behalf for Cordonia to join. Hakim says that Francesco is a notoriously exacting judge.
- The name Francesco is of Italian origin and means "free man".
