Samantha Massey
Sam was Bill's subordinate and mentee. While Bill knew her to be more than capable, he took her place in escorting John Tull to protect her from his perversions. This, in addition to Sam perceiving him as her father figure, caused her to be greatly affected by his death at the hands of Tull. She is willing to anything to catch Tull and bring him to justice.

Genevieve
Bill had a shotgun called Old Genevieve that was taken by John Tull after his death. You have the option to let Sam ask Bill about the origin of the name in a premium flashback scene of Chapter 7. He told her that his parents sent him off to St. Adelaide's School for Boys, a boarding school run by a woman called Genevieve. He describes her affectionately as, "a mean ol' broad, tough as nails, with a scowl that could curdle milk and a mean hand with the ruler." She taught him many things such as reading, tying a knot, starting and ending fights, and telling right from wrong. When he was 10 years old, a drunk man broke into the school, took Bill hostage, held a knife to his neck, and threatened to kill him. Genevieve then pointed her father's shotgun at the man and killed him when he didn't listen to her. Bill got away with a scar on his neck.
