Evan Shipley, a character in the Most Wanted book, is a Deputy Marshal and Samantha's best friend and partner back in Texas. He is first seen in Book 1, Chapter 2.
Appearance
Evan has brown eyes (previously blue eyes) and short, black hair. He wears a U.S. Marshal's vest with a U.S. Marshal badge over an olive green shirt.
