Relationships
Julia Mason
Julia Mason is Emma's mother. They are close to each other, although they don't spend much time together due to her mother's long work hours. Emma doesn't tell Julia about being bullied at school, to not burden her mother with her own problems. In Book 2, they both struggle with financial problems, so Emma decides to work part-time at Admiral Burger, in order to help her mother.
Father
Emma's parents are divorced, and this process was very painful for everyone, especially for Emma. In a premium scene in Chapter 5 of Book 2, if you decide to help Emma in sorting things, she tells you that their parents fought with each other in order to be "the better parent", and her father was especially competitive in that matter. Emma isn't very close with him, because she knows that he wants to get close to her only to spite Julia. Mentioning Robin, Emma reveals that her father is a doctor.
Robin
In a premium scene in Book 2, Chapter 5, Emma reveals that she has an older sister named Robin who is living with their father. While Emma is close to Julia, Robin is their father's favorite child. It's mentioned that Robin wants to be a doctor like him. Emma supposes that their father uses Robin to hurt Julia.
Your Character
Emma is one of your love interests. You first meet her in Book 1, Chapter 1, by the tiger statue. If you decide to set her up with Luis, she stops being your love interest and becomes only your close friend. In Book 2, Chapter 15, you can choose to ask her if you want to be official. However, she'll cut you off and ask you the big question herself.
Caleb
Emma has a crush on Caleb at the beginning of the series and asks him out in Book 1, Chapter 5, but he doesn't feel that way. She is saddened by his reaction, but soon they start talking again, as Caleb made it clear that he still wants to be friends.
Luis
Luis has a crush on Emma and you can choose to set them up is he/she is not dating her already. If all succeed, they will go to Homecoming together. In Book 2, Chapter 4, you can use singing telegrams to set them up. In Book 3, Chapter 8, Luis asks Emma to prom as friends or as a couple and she says yes. If they are dating, she will declare her love for him at this moment and he will say it back.
