Criminals

This category is for characters that by definition are "criminals", people who break the law and/or commit a crime. The crime may be violent or nonviolent, white collar or blue collar, and can range from a minor misdemeanor to a major felony.

Not all criminals are "antagonists", "villains", or "bad guys". Similarly, not all antagonists are "criminals".
