You meet Cassidy in Chapter 2 when you help the townspeople with Charlie clean up the die-off left on the beaches of Cedarport. Cassidy saves your life when you reach for a water bottle, fall into the ocean, and are pulled in by the under currents. He/she invites you to join him/her at the tide pools in a premium scene. In Chapter 4, you can join Cassidy in a premium scene and visit a country club to gain support for your sister's initiative. If you decide to accompany Cassidy, you persuade Maude and Herb to help by donating funds.
In Chapter 6, Cassidy tells you that he/she is Monteverde's lawyer, surprising you. Cassidy explains that he/she had joined the company a while ago, and they offered to allow him/her put his/her sister on his/her healthcare plan which gave her access to top-notch care. Cassidy feels indebted to the company even though privately, he/she is on your side and wants to save the planet.
In Chapter 10, if you decide to help upgrade your family's fishing business to include aquafarms, Cassidy helps fast track your application for state subsidies.
In Chapter 12, Cassidy tells you that he/she is finally realizing his/her dream of starting a conservation non-profit focused on marine health. Cassidy wants to help the efforts to restore and monitor Cedarport Bay.
Charlie
In Chapter 4, Cassidy gives you an idea that you bring to your sister later: to propose an initiative statute. If she cannot get support from local leaders, she could instead aim for an indirect initiative statue where she gathers enough signatures to send it to the state legislature.
In Chapter 11, during your and Charlie's protest, Cassidy gives advice on how to conduct yourselves and how to protect yourselves against lawsuits. He/she tells you that since Monteverde's headquarters are private property, you won't be able to barge straight in.
Robin Tora
In Chapter 5, Cassidy hands Robin Tora a cease and desist order to stop Robin from writing about Monteverde.
