Benji Knoll, a character in the Queen B series, was a Belvoire University student and the resident advisor of the Winfrey dorm complex. Even though he is listed in the student rankings in Book 1, Chapter 1, he makes his first appearance in Book 1, Chapter 2.
Appearance
Benji has dark brown eyes, dark brown wavy hair and fair-to-tan skin. He wears a gray plaid button-up shirt under a gray sweatshirt hoodie, and black wire-framed glasses.
Personality
As evidenced by his 'Adoration Station', he has an obsessive trait.
Background
Unlike you (New Money) or Poppy (Old Money), Benji attends Belvoire University on a full scholarship. Part of the stipulation is that he has to be a resident advisor, and as such, he is given an ordinary dorm room which is very basic in comparison to the luxury suites rented by the other students.

Relationships
Your Character
In Chapter 1, you run into him in the quad where he introduces himself and praises you for what you did on your first day there -- your verbal altercation with Poppy and proclaiming that you'll take her down. Zoey tells you not to talk to him because he is at the bottom of the student rankings, and you can agree with her or defend him and tell her that he seems nice.
Because he is the resident advisor of the dorms, you and Zoey ask him to let you into Penelope Dogwood's room when she is away in Chapter 3. You gain reputation and his admiration if you tell him you're not using him, but you quickly push him out of the room so you and Zoey can snoop around. You don't think much about him, but in Chapter 9, when you smell your perfume coming off of him, you decide to talk to him.
He tells you that he thinks things will change at Belvoire now that you're here; you're going to make a difference. Even if you tell him that you're just an ordinary person, he says you're the best thing that's ever happened to the school, that you're the people's hero and you stand up for people like him. Because you climbed from the bottom of the rankings, you inspire him and you give motivation to the bottom-dwellers: that they are worth more than their rankings and they can become somebodies if they just try. You tell him that anyone can do what you're doing, play a smart social game, and develop a backbone, but he argues that if anyone could have done it, they would have already done it.
After you send him to get you a complicated drink in order to distract him, you snoop on his laptop and find more incriminating dirt on Poppy which you have the option of downloading. To your surprise and horror, you also find a shrine of you built in his closet made with rotting food and adorned your missing items, like your comb, one of your bras and your perfume. Before you can leave, Benji returns, blocking your path and asking you what you think of his "Adoration Station". He made a bust of your head with baguettes, spaghetti, mashed potatoes, and hair spray; and though the smell has gotten worse, he uses your perfume to cover up the odor.
He explains that he has been helping you by making sure 'The T' sees you in the best light possible. He admits to following you and seeing you talk with Taylor Spritz. He also hacked the rankings to rank Chloe ahead of Poppy to throw Poppy off your trail. You have the choice to try to run or to fight Benji. Whichever you choose, you end up remaining in his room until Professor Kingsley barges in with two police officers and punches Benji before allowing the officers to arrest him. Benji cowers in fear from Professor Kingsley when asked to explain his actions. You give your statement about the event to the cops over the next few few hours.
Later, you find out that he has been expelled.
Poppy Min-Sinclair
Benji hates Poppy and knows that her relationship with Bradley is fake. He is about to tell you the dirt on them when you send him away to get you a tea from the cafeteria. You have the opportunity to copy the information he has on Poppy onto your flashdrive while he is out of the room. He admits to your character that he was the one who hacked the rankings to push Chloe's rank above Poppy's, in order for Poppy to get thrown of your trail.
