Confirmed Theories
- Gender-Locked: With the announcement of another romance book, and considering its title, it is extremely likely this book is gender-locked. An e-mail reply to a player confirms that it will feature a female protagonist.
- Criminals: Given that the story is set in Las Vegas, it is believed that the main cast may get on the bad side of some of the city's criminals. The Choices newsletter for July 2019 stated that the story will involve grand larceny and occasional run-ins with the mafia, confirming that the main cast will encounter criminals in this story.
- Cecile as Ariel: After seeing the poster for Ariel's show in Chapter 1, some players started believing that she will appear at some point in the story and use Cecile Contreras's character model. This is confirmed in Chapter 14 when she makes an appearance, using Cecile's appearance.
- Standalone: Unless the main character or another character is getting married, it is believed that Bachelorette Party is a standalone book. It is confirmed that this is indeed a standalone, as Chapter 15 is the series finale.
- The First Cover: After immense backlash, some players are hoping PB will not use the first cover, which featured a shirtless man wearing a speedo, content some considered inappropriate. This is debunked when the first cover is used as the book's official cover.
- In September 2020, the book cover changed from the first cover to the second cover once it shows the summaries from the book. In December 2020, the thumbnail cover has changed to the second cover.
Debunked Theories
- The Tiger: With a Tiger on the cover, players are questioning the role of the tiger. Many believe it will play a large role in the series, whereas some hope it is domesticated. This is debunked as the tiger only appeared in one premium scene.
- Since the story is set in Las Vegas, it is believed that the tiger is Zahira.
- Moving to Las Vegas: It is possible the main character has the option to move to Las Vegas to be with Reed or Ash, depending on your choices. This is debunked as Main Character and her friends plan to travel to Dubai next.
- The Hangover Inspiration: Some players are getting vibes that this series will be in the vein of The Hangover series. However, the group does not deal with regaining their memory after a mental blackout, which means the theory is debunked.
- The fate of Diana and Skip's relationship: It is believed that the main character has the option to decide whether Diana will stay with Skip or leave him. This is debunked as Diana leaves him regardless.
- It is believed that Diana may have the option to improve her relationship with Skip or break things off with him. This is also debunked for the reason stated above.
- It is also believed that Skip will regret his choices and realize what it is truly important. This is again, debunked.
