The good, the bad, and the almost irrelevant. They are the miscellaneous characters that are there to answer that one question, explain away that one plot hole, assist in adding development to that actually relevant character, or give that good (or bad) advice. We usually never learn their names. They are there and they are gone as soon as they serve their purpose often never to be seen again. They may not be the most memorable but definitely have a role to play. If the "No Image" picture is used, it means that the particular character has only been mentioned and has never physically appeared.

Dean
She is the dean of the business school where Your Character got her master's. She resembles Professor Bhatt from It Lives In The Woods.
Woman 1
She is one of three women fangirling over Mr. Covington during the commencement speech. Her character model resembles Maggie from Wishful Thinking.
Woman 2
She is one of three women fangirling over Mr. Covington during the commencement speech. She resembles Kira Howard from Perfect Match, Book 2.
Gwen
She is one of three women fangirling over Mr. Covington during the commencement speech. She resembles Kristin Jones from Nightbound. Her name is revealed to be Gwen.
DJ
She is the DJ at the graduation party. You can have her change the music to throw the three women off your and Mr. Covington's tail in the premium scene.
Chapter 2
Boone
He is the mayor's dog. During your interview, the mayor asks you to convince him to give away his dog in a hypothetical exercise. Even if you convince him, the mayor still doesn't hire you.
If you take the premium scene in Book 2, Chapter 18 when you and your sister tell a story to the twins, you can choose the monster to be a giant dog with Boone's sprite.
Chapter 3
Employee
He greets you when you and Mr. Covington go to eat ice cream. If you successful name the mystery flavor, he is impressed. His character model resembles Ward from The Elementalists.
Fawn
A walk in the woods (premium scene) provides you with this cute encounter.
Deer
The fawn's father, however, isn't nearly as pleased to see you.
Jake
Jake is one of Elijah's customers who comes to the reopening if you convince Elijah. He resembles Tristao from Passport to Romance.
Officer (female)
If you manage to invite Officer Keith, she will come along. She is also part of Officer Keith's band. She resembles the female Eros guard from Perfect Match, Book 2.
Officer (male)
He will also come along with Officer Keith. He resembles a police officer from Ride or Die: A Bad Boy Romance, Book 1 who is based on Noel Santos from Home for the Holidays.

Stranger 1
Bao brings her along if you successfully convince him. In Chapter 12, she is also a guest at the governor's gala. She resembles the female Eros board member from Perfect Match, Book 2.

She comments that the standard Plymouth auction rules are obviously the best set of rules. She bids a thousand and fifty on Mr. Covington but withdraws when Cassandra tells her and Attendee 2 to reconsider, referring to some agreement they have. In Chapter 6, if you say you are all here to support the community, she will remember how everyone pitched in to build the park.

Attendee/Guest 2
He comments that Plymouth auction rules make things much easier. He also bids on Mr. Covington until Cassandra intervenes. In Chapter 6, he wonders if they'll teach the tango in the dance hall if you say that the hall will be a place for everyone.

Bidder 1
If you stall the auction by telling that nobody is bidding on Elijah because they're confused about Plymouth auction rules, she will agree that she is more familiar with Oxford Cottage auction rules, leading to Cassandra explaining the rules in one minute. She bids on Mayor Dixon as a chance to talk about the loud squirrels outside her house and her initiatives on squirrel control. She calls some of the squirrels quite suspicious. Mayor Dixon is relieved when you bid on him/her to prevent the date with her.
In Book 2, Chapter 7, she is one of the citizens at the Town Hall debate. If you helped Mayor Dixon with his/her speaking abilities, this citizen never knew he/she was so eloquent. Her support depends on the questions you ask during the debate and if you help or hinder Mayor Dixon with the crowd.
She resembles Elena Vo from Bloodbound, Book 1.
Bidder 2
She is a bidder on the auction and bids sixty dollars on Officer Keith. She resembles Carmen.
Bidder 3
She is a bidder on the auction. She only appears if you decide to help Mariana win a date with Officer Keith. She resembles Candy Crenshaw from Red Carpet Diaries.
Bouncer
He only appears if you choose to follow Cassandra. He blocks your way from entering the VIP hall.

Guest 3
After your speech to try to solicit more donations, this guest says maybe she could chip in more since it's for a good cause. Her character model resembles Cecile Contreras from the Perfect Match series.
Smalltowngirl
After the picture of Cassandra and Mr. Covington hits the gossip page, commenters respond with their insults towards you and support towards Cassandra. This one calls you a witch.
Betterbusiness
This one doesn't want you to represent him/her since you work in the mayor's office.
Truelovekiss
This one supports Cassandra and Mr. Covington working on their relationship. In Chapter 16 (later moved to Chapter 7), when Mr. Covington tells the gossip column the truth about Cassandra's ploy, this user apologizes for his/her earlier remarks.
Cupcakecutie
This one believes Mr. Covington won't fall for your tricks. In Chapter 16 (later moved to Chapter 7), when Mr. Covington tells the gossip column the truth about Cassandra's ploy, this user mentions that you saved his/her fave bakery.
Revolutionnow

Senator Fairchild
At the governor's gala, he tells everyone to avert their eyes, thinking you and Cassandra are having a quarrel. His name is revealed if you stayed awake in Chapter 11 to hear your friends discuss the governor's guest list. He calls himself the Southern Baron of Steel. His character model resembles Tristan Dumont from The Heist: Monaco.
Governor Thaddeus Finch
Once the governor's alone, Mayor Dixon tries to talk to him but is shut down. You and your friends promise to try again later in the party. In the following chapter, his wife Abigail reveals his first time is Thaddeus. When you open a bottle of wine following Abigail's invitation, he joins you and your friends. You can impress him by identifying an ingredient of the wine by smelling it. He also invites you to a game of Two Truths and a Lie. You get your funding back either way but if you impress him, he will give you some extra funding. In Chapter 9, Craig mentions that the governor is his uncle.
His character model resembles Tino Thompson from Veil of Secrets.
Dealer
While you and your friends wait to talk to the governor, you play Cordonian blackjack. The dealer has 16 points. His character model resembles Nikos Anastopoulos from the Perfect Match series.
Abigail Finch
Selma says that you and your friends are talking to the wrong person if you want to change the governor's mind. You see his very pregnant wife sitting nearby. In the following chapter, you learn she is seven months pregnant. You bond and she invites you to open a wine bottle. She then goes to her husband to tell him about your wish to talk to him.

Dr. Peter Guerrero
He is the doctor at the hospital, where your friends take you when you have pains. He is Mariana Castillo's older cousin. His character model resembles Percy Mendoza from the Big Sky Country series.

She is one of the council members who is a member of Gracetown's founding family. Her great great grandfather was Alexander Gordon Grant Grace who married Gayle Grace, who had Gertrude. Craig promised her the golf course would be named after her great grandfather Graham Grayson. Her character model resembles Whisper. Her outfit is the same as Your Character's Braidwood Manor Outfit from The Haunting of Braidwood Manor.
Coach Malcolm Pruitt
He is one of the council members who is the high school football coach. His character model resembles Hakim Theron from The Royal Romance series. His outfit is the same as Todd from Most Wanted, Book 1.
Guest (Female 1)
In the greenhouse, Craig almost pushes this guest over as they search for the pocketwatch. Her character model resembles Amalas.
In Chapter 7, Craig grabs her attention at the entrance of the town hall before the debate. In Chapter 16, she is worried about signing the petition to turn Covington Manor into a historical site because she doesn't want to cross Mayor Finch.

At the party, this guest says that at least the golf course has grass. Her character model resembles a young Lorelai Lee.

Pit is a sweetheart but because pit bulls have a bad reputation, the shelter worker is worried that she'll end up stuck there her whole life. You have the opportunity to adopt her.

Citizen (3)
At the town hall debate, his remarks depend on if you help or hinder Mayor Dixon's popularity with the crowd. If you are unsuccessful, he agrees with Craig although he wanted to hear more from Mayor Dixon. If you are successful, he says he's happy with his life in Gracetown and doesn't need it to be like Hollywood. In Chapter 16, he is one of the citizens that goes to Covington Manor.

When Dixon was nine years old, his/her parents were away to drop his/her sister off at summer camp. Their mare went into labor that night, and Dixon helped Caramel deliver her foal.

Midnight is the foal that Mayor Dixon helped deliver when he/she was nine years old.
