Collectibles
As your pregnancy progresses, your sister will make a total of 14 patches for your second baby blanket. You gain some by playing through the story and successfully completing challenges. Others will be attached to premium scenes as bonuses. Collect 10 or more patches to unlock a special scene!
After your babies are born, you will have the opportunity to collect photos of your twins. Collect 5 or more photos to unlock a special scene with your twins at the end of the book!

Trivia
- The book was confirmed in-game following the first book finale.
- This book allows players to know in advance which chapters collectibles will become available in. Because of this, it was known early on that the book would contain at least 14 chapters.
- However, in the later chapters, the photosets proved that the book will contain at least 23 chapters.
- Chapter 3 shares the same title as Desire & Decorum, Book 3, Chapter 6, "Keep Your Enemies Closer".
- Chapter 10 shares the same title as My Two First Loves, Chapter 31, and The Princess Swap, Chapter 3, "Best Laid Plans".
