Baby Blanket
As your pregnancy progresses, your sister will make in total 16 patches for your baby blanket. You gain some by playing through the story and successfully completing challenges. Others will be attached to premium scenes and outfits as bonuses. Collect at least 12 patches to unlock a special scene at the end of the book!

- This book is yet another book to contain a collection feature - where you can collect a piece or one of something each chapter. This feature tells that the book will contain at least 16 chapters.
- The following chapters have slightly different titles between the interface/index and the first page. On the wiki, we use the in-game first page title rather than the interface/index title:
- Chapter 10: Girl's Night
- This is another story that has strong language; the MC gets called a b***h on more than one occasion.
- Chapter 10 shares the same title as My Two First Loves, Chapter 81, "Girls' Night".
- The message at the end of Chapter 15 states that the next chapter will be the finale of the book.
- At the end of Chapter 16, it is confirmed that there will be a second book.
